cut text theme review
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load Theme Reviews Queue list https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/themes/queue/list/
2. Click on a listed theme.
3. Click the Duplicate button
4. Write some text in the text-box.
Expected results:
The size of the text-box is consistent with the ones from the "Request More Info" and "Flag" buttons.
Actual results:
Text looks cut in the text-box.
Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF24 (Win 7).
