as an operator, i'd like to be able to view what my specific marketplace will look like on a ffxos device at any time that i wanted to. i'd like to view operator shelf with my logo and app selection, and view the L10N progress. - i would take screen shots of the operator shelf to share with my brand marketing team for approval - i would provide feedback on localization work and see localization wip - i would view progress of app selection and know if i needed to re-order the apps or if no apps had been selected yet - i would be able to understand the flow of getting to my operator shelf from within the marketplace (this would save the web devs from having to create screenshots for carriers etc)

sounds like they would like a 'preview' of the operator shelf in localizations. I will put in our feature requests.
