We'll need to give people the ability to control what happens when they download files firefox can't display inline.
We ran into this today with QA - they wanted metrofx to download zip files but not flip to the desktop to open them. We don't have any way to control this through a ui so they couldn't configure it correctly. However we were able to disable this behavior by editing mimeTypes.rdf by hand. Attached.

If and when we implement this we should consider embedding the interface in a new tab.
