What did you do? ================ 1. Opened the translation interface 2. Clicked somewhere in the translated text What happened? ============== The caret went far upper in the page than where I clicked. What should have happened? ========================== The caret should have been set where I clicked. Is there anything else we should know? ====================================== At first, I thought this was a Firefox for Android bug but I can't seem to reproduce it on another website.

So were you trying to edit/create a translation? i.e. you saw the WYSIWYG editor?
Priority: P3 → P1
I can't move forward here without more information. Were you trying to translate a document? What android device and what android version? What version of Firefox for Android? Translation/editing by Android device hasn't been a requirement, why is this P1? If editing/translation via mobile is a requirement, this could be a Q-long goal. Ali? Maris?

I agree, both translating and editing on mobile devices doesn't sound like a priority. Ali, what do you think?

Adding a needinfo for comment 1 and comment 2.

I was trying to create a translation on an Asus TF300T. It is an Android device but has a touchpad and full azerty keyboard so I often use it for writing when I am not at home.

Thank you for the new info Pierre! :) I'll try to get an android device from Mozilla to test with! Again, thank you so much for your bug report and efforts!
I just tried again and can't reproduce the bug.
