Similar to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/geolocation/ for Geolocation, we should have a page for users to understand push notifications and how to disable them.

We don't request SUMO doc on Bugzilla unless it's not a SUMO bug but a marketing one with the creation of https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/notifications. In that case, it's not the right Bugzilla product. To ask for a new SUMO article post in https://support.mozilla.org/forums/knowledge-base-articles and to edit an existing article use its discussion. Note that it's partially documented in https://support.mozilla.org/kb/page-info-window-view-technical-details-about-page#w_show-notifications.

I don't understand why this bug as been marked as a dupe for bug 800431 ? (the later is about alarm notifications).

I happened to come across this bug while searching bugzilla. Looks like a typo was made entering the bug report number. Anyway, since a new bug was recently filed to create a Learn More SUMO page for Push Notifications I'll mark this as a duplicate of bug 1220250
