Details

When an unsent mail is opened, the toolbar options should be consisent with those when composing new mail. Currenty, the 'Messenger' default tool bar with 'Get Message' button appears. This is important for off-line users.
Dunno if this should go to the offline component or not.
I think it should not. However, i think this one is important Anyway, severity -> enhancement Summary->[RFE]

changing qa contact to gchan since this is regarding offline menu items reassign if not
Component: Mail Window Front End → Offline

I don't think this bug has anything to do with the offline component, but it's hard to tell from the description. I think the reporter just got a standalone message window... Reporter: How did you open this unsent message, by double-click from the Unsent Message folder? Double-clicking on the message would just open it to a standalone message display window, not a composition window. A standalone message window is a mail window and would have the appropriate "messenger" toolbar. Using Edit|Message as New would allow you to edit the message, but it would not be a replacement of that message, i.e. the old one would still be in unsent message folder and need to be removed in order not to send it.
