spin off bug 526678 comment 1 which suggested to add this to the address bar drop down menu which represents global history instead of the back/forward buttons which are session scope The item should be under a seperation bar, and should launch the Library window, similar to the current History > Show All History command.

No, we have other hook points for it in the history menu and the new Library panel
