Dryice is a pain, and maintaining the source map lib for 3 environments has become too much maintenance. If we just use our loader in Loader.jsm, we won't need to do any crazy build step for source maps.

It should be easier now that bug 935366 landed. But I would suggest waiting-for/coordinating-with bug 1134628 to make some progress in order to figure out how source-map is going to evolve regarding file moves to /devtools and Loader path simplication.

I think we're fully committed to some kind of bundle at this point. So if I'm understanding this bug correctly, I think we won't do this. Please reopen if you think this is in error, thanks.
