Confirmed on Mac OS 10.7/10.8. Confirmed on Fedora 18 with a 64bit build. From the sync logs, it does appear that all collections are being synced by default...

The patch in bug 888787 will fix this as well.

Please don't change bug status flags without reason. This was a real bug fixed by a patch in another bug (marked above).
