Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.2) Gecko/20010628 BuildID: 2001062823 New bookmark folders are temporarily filled in by a single item, a greyed-out "(Empty)". The "(Empty)" does not go away when an item is first placed in the folder. The "(Empty)" goes away on restart of Mozilla. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the Manage Bookmarks window 2. Create a new folder called "New Folder" 3. Close the Manage bookmarks window 4. expand the new folder, see that it is filled by a single item, a greyed-out "(Empty)" 5. go to the bookmarks toolbar, select the bookmarks menu, then the "file bookmarks" menutiem 6. place a bookmark in the "New Folder" folder 7. exand "New Folder," see that it has the new bookmark, as well as the orioginal greyed-out "(Empty)" Actual Results: the "(Empty)" bookmark still appears. It goes away if you close Mozilla, then re-open it. Expected Results: the "(Empty)" bookmark should go away if there are any "real" bookmarks in the folder; restarting Mozilla should not be necessary for this.
