Details

Right now, if, say, someone adds "john_doe@foo.com" to a huge CC list,
when you get an email notification, the "Old Value" shows the whole
huge list, and the "New Value" shows the whole huge list plus john_doe@foo.com

It would be nice if the "New Value" just showed something like
"+john_doe@foo.com"  This would also apply to the keywords list field.

moving all closed Bugzilla bugs to the new Bugzilla product.
This batch is DUPLICATE/INVALID/WORKSFORME/WONTFIX
reassigning to default owner and QA in case of the bug being reopened.
Clearing milestones, since we really shouldn't have them on these types of
resolutions.  Sorry for the spam everyone...
