1. Load the URL
2. Switch between windows so the Mozilla's window has to be repainted.

Mozilla is very slow when it wants to repaint the window with this page.

I'll attach a simple testcase later.

The crucial things in the testcase is that the PNG has to be very small and the
table big enough to get the PNG repeated very many times on the table.

Changed the size of the brown translucent PNG on the URL, so it's not as valid
anymore.

we already have a bug on small pngs used as backgrounds being slow.

Please find it and dup against it.
