Details

If the links of a web site change color when your mouse moves over them, this bug occurs: If you move your mouse over the link and use the mouse wheel to scroll down, the link will stay highlighted even though the mouse is no longer over it. It will change back to normal color only if you move the mouse over the link and then move it off the link. This occurs only with scroll-wheel scrolling... Keyboard scrolling works fine. Also, if the mouse is over a highlighting link because of a scroll (ie, it wasn't over it before, but is after scrolling), the link will not highlight until the mouse moves over the link again (even though it is over the link because of the scroll). This occurs with both mouse scroll-wheel scrolls and keyboard scrolls.
