Text doesn't get wrapped while composing a reply.
Do this to reproduce: Start a reply to any message, move your cursor to the next line of last > mark and begin your reply. Text doesn't get wrapped at all, line just goes on and on and on. The next paragraph you write wraps OK, because you've probably hitted enter to change the paragraph.
The bug doesn't occur if you go to the end of the last line of the quoted text, hit enter and start typing.
I'm using
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:0.9.2+) Gecko/20010701

Forgot to mention this too:
When you are typing in the end on a line that has the bug, you cannot move back
and forth on the line using cursor keys, or home/end buttons or anything else
either. You can delete the text using backspace and enter new text, but that
all. You can move the cursor in the middle of the line with a mouse and then you
can (at least sometimes) edit the line. But if you're at the end of buggy line,
you can do almost nothing. :(
