Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:22.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/22.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20130618035212 Steps to reproduce: This issue only happens in firefox and ie, i used chrome browser(there is not this issue in chrome browser) but it is not as good as firefox. If you type search terms into the address bar (not search bar because it keeps current search terms also it is further than address bar. so i think you should remove the search bar and we should be able to use address bar for both going websites and searching terms) firefox can not load search engine's results quickly (Around 3 seconds more, if you type search bar firefox loads quickly). Therefore you can filter the address bar's value then if it does not like address, redirect to search engine; otherwise, go into domain which user typed. For example if it looks like: "Mozilla Firefox is the best" You can easily realize that it is a search term so firefox must quickly go into search engine's web site. [Even i am not a engineer but i can do it, it is easy why did not you do?] But if you type text like this "thislookslikeadomain.com" it looks a domain so firefox must quickly go to the stated domain. Actual results: The address bar is not as quick as search bar because address bar loads search terms more slowly (3 seconds). And the search bar is further than address bar from cursor. Expected results: It should be like G Chrome, there should be one bar and we should be able to type search terms or addresses into the complicated bar. Trust me iam a user and it is more user-friendly.
