Description:
The heading "Select a network" appears to be truncated during the FTE setup when the language is set to Romanian
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130712070210
2) Reset the Device.
3) Go through the FTE process
4) Set device Language to Romanian
5) On 'Select a network' page observe that the heading is truncated
Actual:
The heading "Select a network" appears truncated
Expected:
The heading "Select a network" does not appear truncated

Verified it's fixed on Leo 1.1 COM RIL, The Wi-FI Header is no longer truncated
