This looks good to me! We may need to cleanup tools/trace-malloc/moz.build once the rest of the variables are moved over (especially for my lazy CPP_SOURCES change there - blech). But for now this works.

Probably should block a different tracking bug but block 'nomakefiles' for now.

There might still be some things to do in specific moz.build files, but with the move to SOURCES this is likely mostly taken care of.
