I've checked HERE Maps v1.8.69 (the latest from Marketplace) on Unagi device (Firefox OS 1.1.0; build ID: 20130701070213; update channel: unagi/1.1.0/beta) and I can't reproduce this issue.
Checked ok on latest gecko, thanks.
