STR:
1. Unlock phone.
2. Go to the last item in the dock.
3. Swipe to the right.

Expected: Nothing else should be spoken. It's the last item.
Actual: Screen reader focus lands on an h1 with inner text of "Select".

4. Swipe to the right once more.

Result: An OK button is encountered.

5. Swipe to the right again.

Result: No other element is spoken.

These two items are not actually on the screen and should not be focusable.
