From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.2+) Gecko/20010706 BuildID: 2001070608 The default setup for linux/mozilla does not print Chinese. This is a bad thing since one of the nice things about mozilla is that it handles browser rendering of Chinese very well. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to http://www.gb.tomshardware.com/ 2.File/Print 3.Compare printed output with browser rendering Actual Results: Lots of little boxes Expected Results: Chinese characters This might be a font issue, and mozilla might do the "right thing" if the proper postscript fonts are installed, but it's necessary to either have default fonts which work, or else have some easily accessible HOWTO on how to configure mozilla to print Chinese.
This is fixed if Xprint is used.... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 65784 ***
