After restarting Win95, this WFM. After the first restart, the gifs animated but colors were weird. When I was updating this bug report, Win95 crashed again. After another Win95 restart, the gifs animated and the colors seemed OK. Closing WFM...

Verified based on the fact no one sees the bug any more.
