Is this a regression from v1.0.1?
No, we didn't find this bug on V1.0.1.
I've tried with Ikura, following version: Build ID: 20130810074647 QC RIL version: "ro.build.firmware_revision=V1.01.00.01.019.180" gaia commit: ed01123 hidden the medea storage selection gecko commit: d282d28 ZRL update FOTA default url and I CANNOT reproduce this issue. Could you please check it with the latest build you have, Ji Chen?

_if_ this is reproducible, sounds like this would be a regression. We're waiting on a response to comment 10.
