start-up screen flickering
STR:
1. Run the Notes application for 1st time.
Expected:
The loading of application should be smooth
Actual:
The screens flickers during start-up
This is a minor UI flickering but feels annoying during fresh start-up of the application.

Ah, I think I saw this during 1.01 testing of the notes packaged app. Maybe the issue never got fixed?

I don't see it on 1.0.6 (and they claim to have addressed it in their notes) so calling it fixed.

I was able to verify this issue as Fixed in the following build with the latest version of Notes app:
v1.3 Environmental Variables:
