If you are scrolling with the mouse wheel over a highlightable URL and then
moving the mouse over another highligtable URL then both URLs are highlighted.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.select center frame (named URL) with mouse
2.scroll over a highlightable URL (with mouse wheel)
3.move the mouse over another highlightable URL

Expected Results:  only one URL should be highlighted
Sounds like a dup of bug 78765
I'd say it is a dup of bug 78765.
