1. Change your locale to non-English locale (such as France/Spanish)
2. Go to Settings => Date & Time
3. Check City list in Time zone section
[issue] The city list is not localized.

Considering Simplified Chinese will be include in V1.2 (Bug 908407), I would like to change the project flag to 'koi?'.

No able to fix it in v1.2 since the effort is too big.
