When selecting contacts from the contact list, this list is able to provide just list ids, since we needed to avoid saving the contacts in memory.

We would like to have a way of retrieving contacts giving a list of contacts ids, as we suppose that will be faster to do this filtering in the backend.

Julien and I just spoke about this.  While it's a nice speedup, de-duplication was possible in 1.2 without this so I'm nomming for 1.3 instead of koi?.
