When a user clicks on reset password in preferences, it should kick the user into a the reset password flow from UX mocks. http://cl.ly/image/3a3k1L3L0G0Q For the first milestone, this means that the "jelly" html flow must accept input at launch time to cause it to trigger the reset password flow, and that this flow must be implemented. Alternate implementation approach is to have a distinct URL for reset password.

Since FxA login flows on Desktop will be done in hosted content, this will be handled by the FxA content server. Tracking issue here: https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-content-server/issues/121

Not going to need any in-client code for this, and the server-side stuff is tracked separately.
