Expected results: Not so much padding.

Same issue with the identity icon when you do the following steps (please see the screenshot) 1.) I am not seeing this on nightly.

I can still reproduce in the current Nightly (only tested in a newly opened window). Have you set Flash to click-to-play in Tools->Addons->Plugins?

There might also be differences between Retina- and non-Retina displays here - i'm on a non-Retina display.

Hi Stephen: I can reproduce it with latest Nightly, too. I attached a screencast, where you can see a larger padding of the Notification Icon (at 00:18) and a larger padding of the identity icon (at 00:28). If you need more information, please let me know! Thanks.
