Mail / News Account wizard does not proceed past "Server Information"

Details
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Mail/News App
2) Select Edit -> Mail/News Account Settings
3) Select 'New Account' button
4) The Account Wizard opens. Select wither of the first two options
5) Enter details up to and including the "Server Information" screen.
6) Attempt to select the 'next' button: The wizard will remain
on the 'Server Information' screen
