If I start Mozilla i get 3 error messages that an entry point does not exist
entry point ...nsLocaleString... two times and another in xpcom.dll. I use
german version of W2k.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Starting Mozilla

Actual Results: 3 error messages in a windows 2000 popup window
Expected Results: no error message

Uninstall (or delete if you use zips) and reinstall Mozilla, that should help.

Please never install a newer build over an older one !
You get this errors because you have some old .DLLS in your system.
(See the 0.9.2 release notes -> install in a fresh directory)
Bug 71010 is only open for the release notes...
