During first time run on an open market ZTE Open purchased from ZTE's UK eBay store (1.0.1) I noticed that the time was set to 1980 but when I tapped to set it to the correct time, the date picker already knew (presumably from the network) what the correct time was. Would it be possible to set the time from the network on the page in the FTU rather than in the date picker? (This may have already been fixed in a future version, I'm not sure).
Fixed in bug 1026098, we now skip the data/time screen if we've been able to determine timezone from the network
