Using OMTC on linux, I'm seeing random blue<->red inversion on pages.
The easiest 100% reproduction I can find is:
1) Go to arstechnica.com
2) Scroll down until the menu bar "detaches" and fades slightly
3) Hover over the menu bar
While the bar is fading back in it will be blue, rather than orange.
Regression range in nightlies is:
good - 2013-04-22
bad - 2013-04-23

This occurs on a system with nvidia binary drivers as well as one using open-source radeon drivers, and appears with or without hardware acceleration.

I'm also seeing it with the open-source Linux drivers. It looks to me like for some stuff (I can't exactly determine by what criteria) we exactly invert the colors.

I can pretty consistently see this in the graph on https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/daily?p=Firefox
(also adjusting summary so a search for "omtc colors" can easily find it)
Summary: [OMTC Linux] Portions of pages have inverted blue<->red → [OMTC Linux] Portions of pages have inverted blue<->red colors

Looks like this is a dupe of Bug 895954 (which was mislabeled as e10s specific originally)
