This is not a Gaia bug - it's a 3rd party app bug, which belongs in the TE component.

Rest of the world is supported. Quality of routing varies per country - the majority of the 196 supported countries have drive-quality routing. (If you need exact coverage details, I can put you in touch with routing and sales offline)
