Details
We would gain from protocol.js, especially for the upcoming upload feature, where we need to factorize some code on the client side.
Additional discussion of refactoring that would be good to see surrounding the actor communication took place in bug 913234.

No in the immediate future, may be once and if we end up lowering the memory consumption of protocol.js.
In the meatime, I'm addressing the need of factorizing client code of webapps actor within bug 1025828,
but just creating a client for webapps actor.
