If we're going to have seccomp enabled for b2g by default, then we need to not have it flagging common use cases on the devices that support it. There are enough pieces of this that I want to have a meta bug.

All the dependent bugs are fixed. Most of it is uplifted to 1.2 (or landed before the branch); bug 912807 and bug 912822 aren't yet, but have approval.
