Steps to reproduce:
I am using an HTC One, Firefox 24.0 (beta), Android 4.2.2.
1. Load many tabs so that when you click the tab button, they do not all fit on the screen.
2. Click the tab button so that you can see the list of tabs.
3. Scroll to the oldest tab.
4. Close one of the oldest tabs.
Actual results:
The tabs scroll (this is not animated, it's more like a flick) back so that the newest tab is visible.
Expected results:
The same tabs (the oldest) should stay visible.
