Details

Currently slow tests are filtered out and there is no way to enable them, just a way to disable them. I think this is the right default so that the tool easy to use from the CLI. We should keep --no-slow as legacy and add --with-slow to actually enable these tests. We should see how much time this adds and maybe add --with-slow to what runs on tbpl if it is reasonable.
