Based on partner expectations, Minimum Expected Benchmark for Broswer Zoom is 60 FPS. The bug is to track the user story for 1.2 release. 1.2 should cause no regression from 1.1.

Karen, this is simply a carry over from 1.0.1 and 1.1 and the numbers were based on chipset providers and OEMs (not naming them as this is a public bug, will share offline) at the time of launch. The 1.1 bug is closed (FPS was at 60), I will send you those results. 1.1 tracker bug was https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=896827.

Latest numbers from partner testing shows this is 60fps still -> closing.
