Description: When the user pulls the status bar down to look at the notification try they are not able to slide the bar back up. Repro Steps: 1. Load Buri 1.2 Build ID: 20130911040201 2. Tap and hold on the status bar 3. Drag the bar to the bottom of the screen 4. Tap and hold at the bottom of the notification bar(The area with the three lines at the bottom of the screen under the Bluetooth icon) 5. Try sliding back up Actual Results: The status bar can not be slide up to close. Expected Results: The user will be able to close the status bar by sliding up/ taping at the stop of the status bar/ or pressing the home button.
