No its across all the apps. Some problem is almost every apps. Like In SMS app headers are not coming.

We should file a separate bug for this. We need to enable webcomponents for DEBUG=1 profiles (whatever DESKTOP value is). Can you file and Cc me? I can have a look.

Web components should already be enabled for debug profiles via: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/master/build/config/debug-prefs.js#L7 Let's track the new breakage in bug 1070830.

OK, this actually works for me when running SMS only in "DESKTOP=0 DEBUG=1" profile. Thanks
