It's hard to finds step but I've seen this twice already. The text is displayed with the wrong Y position and overlaps with text on another line.

STR:
1) copy the text in the attachment
2 [review]) Paste it into a bugzilla comment box. Resize it at various width/height combos until the bug reproduces.
I've noticed with selection the buggy line just doesn't render so keep the text unselected. I've also seen it once blink with the cursor.

Reproduced the issue on Nightly from 2013-09-16, verified as fixed on Firefox 27 beta 4 using Mac OS X 10.9, Windows 7 x64 and Ubuntu 12.04 x32
