The camera app will stop recording once it is hided by window manager. But window manager waits for 5 seconds to close it when receiving a phone call. This is the correct behavior of our original design. So, if you wait the ringing screen for 5 seconds, the camera app will be closed and video file is saved. Alive, is there anyway to have an event without waiting for 5 seconds??

correct, it is 3 seconds.

We have no way until https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=825174 is resolved. If I remove the timer, somebody would file 'Empty screen after call screen comes' bug.
