Please don't mess with trackers at this point. Trackers are trackers, and they're tracking what they're tracking. Please use the existing bug 918320 for build config changes.

It's not very clear that this is a tracking bug.  One method to clarify might be putting "Tracking bug:" at the beginning of the summary...
