Meta Bug: Settings necessary for DSDS feature (break into separate bugs as needed) 1) As a user, I need a settings menu for "Dual SIM settings" 2) As a user, Under Dual SIM settings menu, I should be able to select individual subscriptions to be used for Voice/USSD/SS, Text, Data call. One of those options for each (except data) should be "prompt me each time". Also, there should be a menu for configuring subscriptions per SIM card. 3) As a user, under "configure subscriptions" menu, I should be able to select the SIMs (and subscriptions within) from available options.e.g. The user can have 2 SIMs from 2 different providers. e.g. AT&T, Verizon. Each SIM can have more than 1 subscription. In case of dual SIM, The user should be able to select 2 of the total subscriptions available e.g. AT&T SIM (subscription 1 & 2). Another example is AT&T SIM (subscription1) & Verizon SIM (subscription 2). 4) As a user, I should be able to specify call forwarding, call barring, CLIR, call waiting, SIM PIN, manual/auto network selection for each subscription. (This menu could be under calling options which in turn bring the UI back to select the SIM subscription first and then do applicable settings for that service). 5) As I user, I should be able to set MMS for "auto retreival" checkbox for enable / disable. (See MMS user story)

The screenshots attachments are for guidelines only. Mozilla UX team needs to guide the actual implementation specifics.

Per my understanding, it's not possible that two subscriptions in a single sim card are available at a time. Sandip, based on the backlog Google document, it looks like DSDS1, DSDS2, DSDS3 and DSDS10 are not required for v1.3, can you confirm? If it's the case, could we use this bug to track DSDS5, aka, DSDS5a? If the answer above is YES, we would like to split DSDS5a into 3 different bugs: * Call barring, call waiting, call forwarding * network search * CLIP/CLIR Can we separate into 3 different user stories?

DSDS1 and 2 are needed for 1.3 DSDS3 and 10 are for 1.4 now. Splitting DSDS5a is okay.

Let's use this bug to track DSDS1 and DSDS2.

Latest Acceptance criteria from PM: DSDS1: As a user, I need a settings menu for "Dual SIM settings". Acceptance Criteria 1) Use should have a predictable way of finding a place where they can set configurations around Dual SIMs. Logically this menu would be under ""Settings"" and called out explicitly as ""Dual SIM Settings"". 2) All configurable settings for each SIM present should be accessible under this menu. 3) There should be a visual indication of current settings per SIM.
