User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:24.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/24.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20130910160258

Steps to reproduce:

installed ff24

Actual results:

click to play now stays enabled after clicking the play button, also it enables ALL elements on the entire page allowing for unsanctioned plugins of that type to play.

Expected results:

revert back to ff23 way of doing things: enable that element and DO NOT store. it should be disabled again on reload, new tabs etc.

clicktoplay was designed and introduced as a security feature, changing it like this removes all value it had and renders it useless
