1. Reproduce any large leak, such as bug 914015 or bug 700768, in a debug build.
Result: Late in shutdown, crash [@ mozilla::DeadlockDetector::CheckAcquisition]

See bug 917419 - I believe the patch to change how the Latency logger is shut down should fix this

No, this is a bug that can be triggered by a major leak like that and bug 917491. I probably should move the patch from bug 917491 to here now that that bug is targeting the leak. It's up for review to bsmedberg.
