I'd like to have a button on the Reading List page that lets me open all my items at once, when I have time to sit down to catch up on things, rather than long-tap/open-in-new-tab, long-tap/open-in-new-tab, long-tap/open-in-new-tab, ... etc ... (I think this may have general appeal). This patch adds a button to the page when there are two or more items present.

I want a feature that provides a more continuous reading experience, but this isn't the way I want to see it implemented. See bug 871593 for details on how I pictured the interaction working.
