1. go to settings -> device info -> more info -> developer -> screen reader
2. lock the screen
expected result: you can scroll and hit the home to unlock the phone
actual results : you're stuck in lockscreen. adb is locked out if you don't have that patch to keep adb up and running past the lockscreen, so you end up having to reflash the device

BTW, after the Bug 916282, I can confirm that it's still hard to press the icons to unlock under the screen reader mode. However, this happens not only on LockScreen, but include settings' check boxes and other components. I even hardly to cancel the screen reader mode in settings, because the check box is almost unclickable!

(but it not means the patch is invalid: the icons can't even be pressed before. The patch solved that definitely, I must clarify that).
