Sorry if this is already known about. I saw that bug 916042 is kind of in this area, but couldn't find this actual bug, so thought it's worth passing on.
The "IN THIS ARTICLE" line at the top of an article's ToC is styled as if it ought to be clickable, to collapse/expand the ToC (in-this-article), and it has a "toggler" class.
But when you click it, nothing happens.
