Text overlapping issue
Build: 2001072303
Platform: Mac OS 9
Expected Results: Text shouldn't overlap
What I got: Overlapping text rendered at the top of page
Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to url specified.
2) Page has been specified to apply charset Shift JIS via the META tag.
3) Notice text at top of page is overlapping.
4) Take a look at the same page in NS 4.7 or IE 5.
5) Page is rendered withot text problem seen in N6.1
